Yes it is. This is a solid little company with a hard-working CEO who has a viable plan for building the business both through acquisition and internal development of products. I see a nice growth pattern for this company over the next couple of years, and find it very encouraging that their 2006 statements have already been audited by a PCAOB registered firm and have been posted to the pink sheets. Not all that many pink sheet companies have done that. It indicates to me that they intend to keep current on all their filings, and that the statements for the year to end August 31 will be audited and posted by mid-October, after which they can apply to the OTCBB.
