I took it off my watch list, but we've played it before. They are a PR machine, so hopefully they'll put something out shortly. But I'd want to wait for it to dip back into the .09 range, if it does.
But with the RSI riding at 50, its a coin toss on which way it could go. However, the Money Flow indicator shows it being close to Over-Bought, but with the Momentum starting to trend upward, its likely that it may move up to its next level soon. If they drop another PR, that should determine its direction.
