on a buyout basis on 369 million and assuming 2x sales on combined Wisebuys and Hacketts on 100% ownership and no other assets:

10 stores @ say 3.5m average gross X2 (buyout) on 369m shares

19 cents pps

then apply your multiple of stores. Hmmmm.

If they get the model right in their niche they'll smack it out of the park imo.
