with the volatility and downward pressure on share price no one can blame you for waiting to see the stock stabilize..problem is of course news can come in any day now, and before you know it the only shares for sale are not just a little higher but a lot higher than where they are currently

having said that odds are it'll be like groundhog day and someone will start selling their shares at 3.8 all over again tomorrow
