The answer to that question is so obvious as to be ridiculous to ask. I wasn't sure the co was going to make it before the lawsuit, but after???? Who is going to go forward with any plans to use a co that may not even be around in a few months? Granted, I don't know what may happen with the lawsuit, and where there's life, there's hope, but it doesn't look good, imo.
You guys need to temper your misguided hostility toward Sting and Alj. What they post here are their opinions, as is yours. You can't take out your anger on them. Not here.

docgfd, Excellent point, there is no reason for this lawsuit to prevent Amergence from continuing the business of their "new direction," businesses get sued all the time, thats why they normally carry general and product liability insurance, of course the 1 thing that could derail a companys business aspirations would be malfeasance on the part of the corporate management/officers, in this case, Im not sure what the dead phones at the AMergence Corporate World Headquarters means.
