They dilute the share count with 500 million shares and run it from 30 cents down to 3 cents then decide a reverse split will bring the PPS back up. Come one man. This is the dumbest move this stock can ever make. If they did a 10 for 1 today the stock price would probably be 50 cents for a minute before people sell off and run this back down to a nicker but in reality it would be worth 1/10 of a nickel. That would be a bum move. Nothing good ever comes out of a RS.
that could be not a bad move. someone on this board expressed that NWOG needs to rise their share value before being allowed to list on a higher exchange.
so reverse split is just another part of the puzzle.
