Very interesting chart. When it started this recent downtrend, on around 26 July, it tunneled right through support at 14.64 without even pausing. I'd want to look into it a bit, to try and determine the "WHY's" before jumping in. Its a NYSE stock, so there's a verifiable reason for this decline, which I'd want to know. Altough, barring bankruptcy, its likely to bounce very soon.
Either way, I'd keep in on your watchlist, as its considerably into Over-Sold territory and may bounce soon. Just watch in closely and look for consistent Sells being met by consistent Buys, without having the price dip. Then it would probably be wroth a roll of the dicem IMO.
