#4800 RE: catmaniac #4799

To be honest with you I dont play the s-8's myself. But if I were then I would stay away from the ones that issue one right after another. I have tried playing them before but if you are not close to the computer to sell quick then they will sometimes issue another S-8 as soon as the first one is complete causing further decline. I only keep with the S-8's for dd purposes only. If I ever get time to keep a close eye on them they I may play some of the S-8 plays.

we look for bounces off these otcbb/pinks on the s-8's because they generally aren't handled correctly like the larger cap companies, and most often there is a large drop then a nice recovery after the sellers have gone. You must read filings tho, as they may have other registrations in place for sale of their stock, most often, SB or S-1 filings, or REGDEXES.

I highlite in the ibox those companies who most often do not have further S registrations, or REGDEX's, and appear to have bottomed out based on both T/A and F/A. The last two, ONGO and IWEB performed nicely, as expected. There are no guarantees tho, in pennyland.
