I'm sure you'll get your chance unless Tom Scozzafava pulls the plug and drops the hammer on the Cornholio small amount of debt. It's such a tiny amount of debt it's literally laughable. However until that issue is fixed, you've got a chance.

If that problem gets addressed before your .0045 trigger area, then I'd say you'll never be able to pick up shares that low.
