I am sure they could sell out to Microsoft, but at what price? I would whole lot rather collect royalty's off companies than sell them the product. This are just assumptions and I have thought the same thing as you. It would seem to me being a software program it would not be to hard to market via the internet. Of course the hard part would be to get all of your patents so some on could not steal your product. I'm not sure what they are trying to do or why they need the money to launch the product. I also am not real savvy about what happens or who gets the money of the initial selling of shares. The share I have and everyone else I would assume the original money from the sale of shares the first time went to exobox. I know last year the stocks shot up to about 22.00 a share just briefly. If the company has more share it can sale then sale them to us on the market to raise money instead of discounting them to some company. It might drive the price down briefly, but that would be ok with me as I could buy more shares at a lower price. Just thinking.
