martingale

Thanks a lot for very valuable information. If it is correct the implication is that dilution will be limited (20%). I would find those terms acceptable at this stage.

Martingale, As you know I called Tom on Friday and I have had serious thoughts about investing in the private placement. But correct me if I'm wrong. The info below (your post) tells me if I buy into the private placement, I am basically buying stock for .036/share and will be restricted from any sale for a year. Yet I can buy it Monday for 25% of that (.009) in which I have no restrictions. I always thought private investments with companies always gave the investor a price advantage that the average investor could not attain? Does this not say that Paul feels the stock is severely undervalued? Does this not say that the stock at .009 is a screaming killer buy? Please, someone, anyone, correct me if I'm wrong while I go searching the couches for some change to buy more on Monday.

The current market cap of the company is $12.5M @.009c and
with 1.384B shares outstanding. So, they are saying the
company should be valued at .036c per share Right Now.

exactly

I was going to post that.. I also read somewhere that the pps (entry ticket) was 0.05$, more than your estimated 0.036$ ... but its better to wait for company news instead of speculating, it could be a fund linked to SWARM instead of money to accompany Spooz's development ...
