Big deal....talk about one of the worst managed partnerships I have ever ever seen! In my view, partnership involves a bit more than throwing some DVD cases with GZFX logo's on them onto the bottom shelf of some rack in the back of the store.....
Of course some stores did the promotion justice, but in many the "jewel cases" were just tossed onto a shelf with every other offer that CC had with every other startup business....none of the CC sales staff and in many cases even the managers knew anything about the deal or why it would be beneficial to GZFX.....
This was the main reason for the roll out of numerous distribution centers and the whole deal was bungled!
Not that I am surprised.....not sure the GZFX CEO would know how to do it right to start with!
and I am speaking with much retail experience on marketing special deals!
