You're correct in that we're well into August. What happened to the 'July prediction?' No response is neccessary (consider that a rhetorical question) and will save us from the stock responses we've all heard over the months & years, such as: 'gee....things change' or 'unexpected circumstances.' The bottom line here is that 'by the end of July' was a load of crap! No positive news, no positive lies....nothing.....zip.....nada!

How would you know this? Nobody can talk to them, there are no new PRs, etc. What "issues" are they actually working on? Or, is that statement simply your opinion?
