does it pertain to sljb, or just nakey shorters in general?
i read months worth, but never seen any proof connecting sljb with any real shorting.

Sure, that could be done, but that would be deceiving as there isn't any naked shorting.

I'm a little confused about this naked shorting issue. I thought the point was to short a company you knew wouldn't sustain a price, like say .19 and then buy it back at say, .01 or lower. Just what would shorts be waiting for now? You think they are waiting for say .006.
That would make them pretty stupid if they were smart, or lucky enough to short at .19
I don't doubt that this stock was shorted at one time, nor do I doubt that those who did short it are very happy and either lying on a sandy beach enjoying the good life, or on to other scams.
