jking1999;

IMO it was much more than that. Remember how USXP dangled the carrot of collecting from the two guys in jail (was I the first to find the mugshots at the Fla Dept of Corrections?) while shareholders waited with bated breath that the offshore accounts would be found any day? USXP seemed to lose focus on the collection and try various other methods of selling their story besides the Private Postal Network which 5 minutes of phone calls determined it was a sham.

Do you think the default judgment was planned?

Both of the defendants is the $389 million (originally $68 million now somehow $700 million) judgment were out of prison soon after the USXP PRs about collecting their debt owed to them. Instead of hiding, it seems one of the guys that owes USXP Hundreds of Millions of dollars set up shop in Boca Raton and went back into the same business re: Tbeck Capital. Here is a post I found touching on the subject;

Sadly, a Press Release revisiting the original collection which caused people to purchase USXP stock in the .10-.21 range might gain last gasp interest in USXP. The fact that one of the principals continues to go about business should raise the concern that the intent to collect was not a priority or worse.

Good luck.
