As far as I see, reflects my sentiment also.

It really is unfortunate there are those who can't see what the company has and what they had to go thru over the last months. It does look like the weather has turned and the wells coming online should help keep the selective negativity down.

BUT, I'm sure they will dream up something. Like maybe Keith putting his pants on left leg first or something like that. Then someone will complain he puts them on right leg first. Then someone will complain he puts his pants on before his shirt. etc, etc.

Keith, as well as the entire management team and workers of HEMI, deserve a good pat on the back. Weaker companies/individuals would have let all these negatives from the past 6-8 months get them down to the point of no return.

Positive reinforcement is important and always needs to be communicated.
