Pure manipulation up to .08 you mean. There was no significant news to support the move from .06 to .08. Just a bunch of stupid hype over some PR that hasn't came out, and keeps getting delayed. Benz got his shares accumulated while down at the .055-.06 range and then dumped them in the .075 to .08 range. JMHO
