Not completely sure if it will be PHGI yet, but this is a clean shell with up to date filings and a low share count/structure that there are probably a handful of companies looking to RM with RNVO and as regards to share price when completed. Would be hard to discuss that, but imo we could see .01 quickly with the low float. If you have watched this one before and how quickly it can move I wouldn't blink if it hit .01 with that kind of news possibly even more. Depends on the company
