Guess you have to be a woman to be on the insiders club there...I guess Dede is responsible for finding them..

I like the fact that most of this business is being done in N.Y. sounds silly since the stores are there...but I'm comfortable with N.Y. business law.

Dede is in N.Y. government
Tom and Joe LaChausse are from N.Y. and are schooled in N.Y.

However the business is incorporated in Delaware (which is good for those of you who are too lazy to do your DD)

Tom's personal address is in Florida for all SEC related matters...(not sure if I'm comfortable with that part, but if the business proceeds as planned I don't care if he checks his mail in Bahrain or Islamabad...he just needs to bring the plan to fruition!!!)
