IVTH: Heavily owned by insiders, as the result of a reverse merger earlier this year. Share structure changed, as a result of the merger.

Based on the recent SC13D's and 4's filed, share structure is as follows:

AS 3B
OS 725M (Radly, the CEO, owns ~362M, and Aunger, the Sec/Treasurer, just increased his holdings to 298.5M this week)


Insiders own 660,471,497 (91.1%)
