They removed the warrant information from the website because the consultants they had hired who had developed the original program are the ones they got rid of; almost every broker contacted said that the machinations to administer it would be too difficult, if not impossible.
The company will not update the "rules" governing the warrants until they have it right this time. I think that is also indicative of why no PRs recently or in the near-term. They have learned valuable lessons on what to do, and what not to. From here forward, I do not expect to see NSHV publish anything until they know its signed, sealed, delivered, and manageable/achievable.
