Greed......people believe a company is just going to hand over 2/3 of its common free trading shares/ unrestricted...what responsible company would ever do that? With no restrictions every shareholder can sell off 8/30 and walk away from PRSU...just makes no sense....It will be interesting to see how this plays out and what they have up there sleeve on the 23hour......
