At some point, if a third-party suggests making an offer for a product line which isn’t producing much revenue, it only makes sense to listen to the offer”. Why didn’t Morrow just say...SatMAX is a piece of chit and we think that we may have found a sucker interested in buying it. Heck, why not just laugh in all the past investor's faces while your at it Morrow and say...You fools, we suckered you into buying our stock based on this piece of chit we called the SatMAX!

just keep in mind so'tex -flores 600% increase in customers could mean he went from 1 cust last yr now 6 this yr LOL if his numbers were really impressive they'd list them as "hundreds of thousands"!!! thats probly why eagle let him go!!
