anyone who thinks that Jim is innocent in this deal is dreaming! He already had the deal with Dan to take the full ownership of the magazine and dump his shareholders, and there will be no restitution to the shareholders for their lossed. I just bailed out at 3 and will move on to try to make up my losses somewhere else. Jim get off with our money and has his privately owned business - hope he chokes on his ill-gotten gains.
