So if they believe MRVL has passed the bottom, why do you downgrade?

Do these guys even think through thier logic before they publish this crap?

Sun: Stocks sometimes close green even though they have been downgraded. This would be an excellent tell in the stock going forward if this occurs..MRVL is a little oversold here - let's see how it plays out.

The comments made by CIBC - imo don't justify a downgrade - "they have passed the bottom" - as to expectations going forward they should atleast wait for the CC in a few weeks before making that determination - CIBC could have egg on their face after MRVL announces earnings - simialar to UBS earlier this year.

That's strange, my news reader has a different story. Seeing as mine came with no other comments and the stock is down in the pre-market on 65k shares leads me to believe my source is in error. Guess I'll have to look for confirmation.
