On page 37 of that report, it say "Cheveron and Exxon seek to dilute stake". Qurious as to what that means.

11 billion recoverable is a substantial number. Many believe it to be conservative as the seizmic was done with lesser technology.

I think we can all agree that its big enough to cause a ruckus. Like we've been seeing here for the last 3 years.
