If the ISX should open rest asure that no foreign accounts will be permitted. I'm sure most can figure out why. Now wouldn't that be dreaming to think they would reval and open the ISX all in the same day. I'm sorry but believe we have a long ways to go before pay day. I would love to be wrong but doubt that.
