well a preferential disclosure of material information is illegal, so of course they will say nothing (in fact rick pierce told me fundamentals have "improved over the past month" and their only explanation is an attack by shorts).
Does someone have information via the MHRA? perhaps through the contract manufacturer? who knows
PS: don't bother contacting the CMO - I did, and they are (understandably) tight-lipped while "in the midst of an MHRA audit"
