They said in the Town Hall that they have been buying back when the prices get silly (answer dated 5/31).

There is nothing to speak of in terms of additional dilution. We have, in fact, been buying some stock back when the prices get silly – but we intend to use our capital primarily to fund operational costs related to the new divisions ramping up operations.

There were statements made at the Town Hall regarding buying back when prices get silly... There were interesting reports from Filomena of the TA showing a lower OS over a period of a month or so... The SEC says that shares repurchased get removed from the O/S..that would be one accounting for lower O/S reports.. Some said the TA was giving out bad info.. I'm still confused on that whole situation..but that's another story...

Not having seen a filing it would be hard to say there was a buyback as a form 8-K should be available 4 days after the material event. http://www.sec.gov/about/forms/form8-k.pdf

"If memory serve me, I think all of that or most of that was so called emails from the company or answer from IR to some questions long ago. I don't remember Garr ever saying there would be a buy back. But I could be Wrong"
