For what its worth, we have a new MM on the BID which is good. FANC jumped into the axe position and is bidding .016 with VNDM below him at .0155. FANC is not on the Ask so he likely has an order and is looking for shares.

These are the first upticks we have seen on the bid in a long time. I think Lion took out all the .015s.
