emit...audio transcoding looses fidelity..I am sure that it is the same in video. The micro os is suppose to allow all codecs play natively. If it transcodes...probably no edig in it..

Did you see the interview with James Bernard, Portable Media Center product manager, Microsoft ?? ... he shows both the Creative and the Samsung units. I`m not suggesting that we`re involved, just that the author of the article said, " .... we were blown away by the Samsung YH-999's ultrathin design and optional wireless remote (for use in conjunction with the unit's optional analog A/V output, as well as with your television)."
