Going on 10 months without any word from the company. If the measure of management's performance is the share price, it would seem past time to replace a few people. As for the "loans" that have been made to the company, Cal and Brian should consider wiping the slate clean particularly given the number shares they have raided.
My understanding is there are only two projects that seem to be ongoing: MVAP and PG. Both of these apparently have problems that may or may not be correctable. Since Brian and Cal do not seem inclined to keep shareholders aprised of events, it forces everyone to expect the worst and that is definitely keeping the share price down.
fwiw, I think Cal and Brian need to step up their game. Working through the technical and engineering issues is a small part of running a company. Neither seems capable of understanding the huge gap they have in running a successful business.
