murgirl - I don't think we are referring to Gateway's manufacturer here. The deal we apparently have "in principal" with "the worlds largest maker of flash based MP3 players" is what we are speculating on. ReignCom seems to fit the bill quite nicely.
Interesting tidbit re PortalPlayer and Bang & Olufsen: "Thanks to its early lead in the hard-drive-based MP3 player market, PortalPlayer dominates the music jukebox market and claims that its chips and firmware drive 80 percent of the systems on the market. Its solution is used in models built by Alpine, Apple, Bang & Olufsen, Philips, RCA, Rio, Samsung and Yamaha.
