Reverse Merger, divy's in AUMN, AND NO MORE 504'S......Berman prospected on these properties for a reason, if it's uranium, and the prospecting produces resources, then financial deals should be attainable.
If this is to flounder around among 3 companies who need 504's to operate, then I start to get concerned about the likelihood that the prospecting, will hit.

As for the poster asking if 100k a hole is adequate, I would ask, how deep a hole?...what kind of drill, terrain? lots of questions needing answering before anyone could base a cost per hole.
6000 acres is a lot of ground to punch holes in, I have heard estimates on adequate spacing with 300-400 ft holes, semi navigatable terrain running between 1-5 million, thats a hell of a variable. Then theres labwork, geo fees, and the like. If it can be done cheaper then i say why is it not done already? lol, ssshhhh relax...joke.
