You do realize, don't you that when you medallion over your certs to the company, that your only recourse on recovering anything from them would be through the US courts if they do not give you anything in return. They are a US Corporation despite all the hokus pocus about the "Fundation". When you give them the certs, they own them and you no longer have legal title to them.
