X, that's what I thought, too, that private placements are usually sold at a discounted rate to an investor and then guaranteed at a certain price at some future date.

Knowing the price and date are key to interpreting the news. IMO, I'm not even sure this was the 504 news because 504 shares are not restricted in the same way.

Forgive me in advance if my understanding is faulty.
