After the release of the PR addressing the delay we are of the mindset that the fins WILL be audited...

At least that is popular belief here based on what Dru said in the PR. :-)

iFinix Chairman Drew Budhu said, "Owing to the complexity of the equity and software accounting requirements, we have delayed the financial statement issuance. We are taking the utmost care to ensure the accuracy of this initial filing so that the company will be eligible to be listed on the Over the Counter Bulletin Board.

we do not know if the fins will be audited or not. we have all been guessing but will not know until they come out. i know it was posted that they will not be audited but maybe that was for the 23rd. now with the delay maybe we will see audited fins. we will have to wait and see.
