Completely agree....the company is fully capable of releasing news concerning general operations etc...they just can't talk about any details concerning the supposed "buy-out" etc....
This includes financials! No company stops filing or releasing financials because they are in negotiations to be bought! Certainly BKMP which has no clear relation with TFN's financials and shows no revenues derived from TFN would not be restricted from filing financials and informing the shareholders of the share structure....
This whole thing is somewhat contrived in my opinion.....no news where it matters most....so we will delay and pretend there is a "quiet period".....yet interviews on syndicated radio stock programs and sports programs don't seem to be an issue????
