Most likely Progas was good for one thing, cash flow to purchase Best Jets. Now lets sell it, spin it off or whatever but breaking even is not good unless it accomplishes another goal. PBLS, I believe has made another blunder by not disclosing the extra preferred, but I also feel that when it all comes out it will be for major growth.
I really believe Phoenix management is using the stock to build a huge company. I also believe that when it all starts our venture partners intend to dry up the float.
