I thought the first hour was slow but they picked it up the second hour. I was so impressed with what the sound engineers can do, they truly are amazing.
DeAnn Roberts was the standout from the get go and her previous singing and stage experience were evident but I did not think she would win because she is 44 years old! Hooray for the old folks!
I liked Dani Riker who has a great voice and is very pretty, the "total Package" the judges look for. However, her youth and lack of experience were against her.
Will be interesting to see what SONY can do with DeAnn.
