I would also like to know the details on the financing as I would venture that with the complete rookies running the show they now have something that looks like a $700K convertible debenture outstanding with no floor and no restrictions. The results of that will be exactly the same as every other penny stock with an inexperienced CEO that gets suckered into one.
The only thing that will save this stock from subpenny again is a diamond the size of a potatoe pulled from the montana mud.
