We still continue with our merger and as stated last month we are still on target to complete it in this month. I would like to share with you the fact that we believe that this merger has a very synergistic effect. The company we are merging with is a customer of ours in that we supply a large portion of their product. They are member based and thus bring to us a membership base that exceeds 7000 members. We know that many members are retailers both online and ?brick and mortar? stores. We assure you that this base of retailers will be of benefit to all our vendors and thus encourage all of you to pass on this opportunity to any supply base that you may know.
The new vendors added this month are Olympus Flags offering a full store of flags and flag poles. United weaver rugs have a great assortment of home decorator, novelty and designer rugs. Stack On is a great vendor for storage, safes and toolboxes. We also have added to our installed product a great line of installable fencing from Plastival.
As we go forward we will advise you the moment the merger is complete.
