dahlman knows how many can do it, and obviously there are enough that they felt it was important to make the buy recommendation. market cap is a determining factor too, more so than the exchange imo, and as it goes higher more and more funds will be able to invest.

you are correct that an uplisting would pave the way for even more institutional volume, and imo dahlman might have a future interest in deep down's ascent to the big boards.
