I'll ask for these facts. This is not how I understood it. If you are right this would be insane. My understanding was that Astrom demanded 30mn shares to be placed in a non restricted escrow account in addition to what Jim was to pay for the company.
We need to get the court transcripts. If this would be the case then a class action would have to go foward because this then is fraud. Its wilfully selling shares into the market with the attempt to defraud. The terms of their agreement would be layed out, if Jim was served notice not to sell anymore shares, and continued this is wreckless conduct and again he would be selling or distribute shares and failed the courts ruling. If Jim failed to meet the terms of the agreement and continued to sell shares, we now have wire and mail fraud.
If this would be the case, as much as I detest the Astrom family because all of them have been a part of their schemes the financial set up of this would not have anything to do with anything else the Astroms have done, except one!!!. Where did the Astroms get the money to own any of these shells in the first place?.......I would not defend Jim if this was the case Astrom gets no sympathy either.
It would appear that we would have 2 swindlers fighting over something that neither legally or ethically own. The only higher court to determine where this money came from would ultimately be the IRS....the SEC sponsers this activity allowing people like Astrom to get away with it again and again......the unlucky shareholder who walks into their traps gets ripped off..........If we look at all the failed businesses Astrom has had about 30 of them, each went belly up so how does he come off owning anything? they owe money to everyone and has failed on all fronts to repay their debts to anyone who have had dealings with them.
Florida needs to change their logo at the bottom of their welcome to Florida signs.
