you can see the effects of dilution
with that PR in June you are mentioning as in looking at chart and bigger green volume at that announcement but price just didn't move much.Without dilution this would have gone back up to .008-.009 area or more. The announcement again was given to sell shares when they needed money. Now that we are back to silence mode which is giving this stock a bad reputation for such treatment to shareholders the price is going lower so averaging down is not wise in my opinion as this could be sub-sub penny soon. Sam has gone silent a lot longer than this. The real kicker here is that how can one now trust not seeing a RS on just speculation announcements such as Junes if this goes sub-sub.I hope we are now over seeing the posts telling us what a reputable person Sam is and his so called personal faith.It appears one cannot equate that with his business veracity.
