#21079 RE: alliecorp #21065

Allie this company came from a retail brokerage started by Strickland in an office on top of a store on 6th street in Austin with one or two employees to a brokerage that only did commercial customers. They went from signing grain elevators in the boonies around Texas and feedlots in West Texas. Back then becoming associated with the west Texas Cattlemen Association was the buzz and the deal of deals; nothing like TT or Man is today. Spooz tools existed in other simpler forms back in 2002 and it has evolved for years; multiple set backs and money plowed into development along the way. From an excel based add on designed for feed lots and grain elevators noticeable refresh rate where one person even had a dial up connection if I remember correctly, to a tool for the institutional commodities world. Spooz has been at this for longer then most people realize. I noticed the company really changed when some of the officers changed from mediocre to outstanding and then I knew this baby had great potential to become a powerhouse. But back then he went from no revenues or near no revenues to million dollar producers really quickly. The shares have only traded for less then three years now but they have existed since 2001 in one form or another. I remember trying to get my new shares after the move to Chicago after the reorganization and they did not want to spend the money on postage. I believe it was Cathy the treasurer, she runs a tight ship, the more you interact with them the more you know there in it for the long run and they are credible. They were supplying financial information even back then when they had a couple of thousand in the bank and were running on a shoe string yet still keeping everyone informed; open and honest. They have always had the plan to becoming a reporting company from the beginning so some things have not changed. There were some points that I thought they were not going to survive but they seem to pull through. I would not be surprised if they are all ready in the black or really close to it right now. I have learned to let this baby run and not to worry. And I'm telling you guys don't underestimate these people, Strickland in the past seemed like he would pull one out of his hat when you least expect it. I'll put it this way I can't find my newest certificate but I have no intention on putting it into the market so I'm not in a rush to call the transfer agent. Spooz on the cusp of becoming a revenue generating company again ..... honestly is not surprising.... They made a million plus when the O/S were less then I personally hold now and the shares had a decent P/E (they were not publicly traded though). Happened in the past so it's going to happen again. I would love to know what the word on the street among the CME/CBOT people is in Chicago. I actually did not see a demo or attend the shares holders meeting. It was a hassle getting to Chicago from NY with out coming the day before and leaving the day after and I was not up for the drive. I figured I would get a good idea how good it was through this board. It was my impression that the SWARM beta testing was not paper based and they did finally generate revenue. It was a small amount but it was real money. SWARM and the trading division was a great move from what they had and it was in the background for years from what i have seen through the years and it is right up Stricks and the some of the others in the company alley, the guy was a trader for years. Chicago was his stomping grounds for years if I remember correctly and I can only imagine the people he has lined up for ST2. I'm not really thrilled Allie simply because I knew it was going to happen sooner or later. After the setbacks it's more like it's about time. But in my mind there are still years to go for this company but I am happy there finally is light at the end of the Spooz tunnel and if all goes well I'll be retired by the time I'm 40. I knew they were going to do good before TT and Man were announced but after I knew the significance of TT then they went from micro cap to small cap in my mind. A little advice about them when they don't announce it's not because nothing has happened is going to happen or in the pipe line it's most likely that they are slammed and working on something. The delays are expected and it only for the best, they won't put out something half assed. Keep in mind they are a small company and things move more slowly due to the extra work load they each have to perform. How many companies can you call and speak with the CEO or a senior VP? The P/R's will come and the money will flow, remember guys with SWARM it I did get the correct impression about generating revenues it all ready has. They may be a day late but they won't be a dollar short..
