#21072 RE: wing_walker #21063

Wing I felt it had to be said, I have no doubts they are five steps ahead of where most people think they are in the game. When the stock shot up and received a great deal of attention this place got invaded with pumpers and bashers like the three that were cast into limbo a few months ago. I hope to become a millionaire in about a years time with this company and I don't own as many shares as some of the people here but I do have a few, some from the private placement and a few in my IRA. I was fortunate to benefit from the anti dilution clause, I had no idea it existed (yeah I was pissed when they diluted before ST2 but I said to my self lets see what Strick pulls out of his hat this time ) or was in the works until I was pleasantly surprised by Strick with a letter and a new certificate arriving. Remember there were only around 1 million+ shares in the beginning sold for about 50ish cents a piece, I had 12000+($5000), the share structure changed a few times in the beginning also but never for the worse. I could have received my money back when they reorganized and moved to Chicago due to some legal formality, I had the option but I thought they were nuts for offering and said no thanks. . In other words I never got a screw job from the company and they have people with integrity working at spooz. They do care about shareholders, I'm proof of this. But they are small and I can imagine everyone doing two or three jobs at once and constantly on the run.. The bulk of the insiders money will come from what ever shares they end up with when the final share structure is determined years from now. Those preferred shares, (which in reality are a mystery besides having a huge number of votes attached to them, no dividend attached to them or a conversion ratio), and any that come from the new financing will change things in a couple of years. I seriously think and have for a while that the insiders will not allow this company to sell or be taken over for years; until it becomes a small-mid cap, OTBB or NASDAQ/AMEX listed company. Hopefully Wing it will be riding off in the sun set for a great many but be patient and remeber this company has a long way to go till it reaches any where near its full potential. Just as when Spooz was in Texas near the Arboritum, the real money is in institutional and the business end, not small time equity investors. Expect prop houses, managed futures people, introductory brokers and maybe hedge funds to be the first clients. The way things are with Spooz I expect any type of retail/small time investors using some version of ST will be a years off with the exception of some hard core retail commodities investors. If you want to truly see the potential of the Spooz then you have to have at least dabbled in commodities in the past, it's a completely different beast than equities. The data issues with the need for fiber or what ever it is can easily be explained, the difference between a lighting fast fill and any delay can easily turn profit to loss. If someone is looking for the complete package either it be Spooz with SWARM or their other customers this is the software to have, institutional commodities program designed by some from the institution commodities world. Look at this product from the point of view of the world of institutional commodities and you'll start to see its future. TDAmeritrade might happen but TT and Man is better IMHO..
