We shareholders are the losers here, and Jim IMO could have and should have fixed this so we the shareholders didnt get screwed and that was his job as the CEO, instead we (shareholders) got shafted.

The legal transcipts should be made available. I don't know how the person obtained them but,

Someone got the initial transcripts what we don't know were the issues and the proceedings and the courts rulings and why. Whatever is said over this is a non issue. The truth lies in the transcripts.
