They said up to 360M over the year...so they may or may not buy all of those shares back...So I would imagine as the price rises (if it rises) they will simply buy less...

Buyback is based on 4 week average volume and WNSH can buyback 25% of that Average volume per day. So if they are real aggressive, they could get about 60MM shares per day if the volume gets there.

I think that over the past couple days when there was a flurry of activity at .0006, that was Winsted buying back, JMO.

Another thing to keep in mind is that the bulk will need to be done before any RM. For the three months following an RM, the buying is severely restricted.

As I posted earlier, I agree with your thinking. And based on that, IMO they have already bought back a substantial amount and will try to get as many as they can over the next week or so.
