Unless something is done........Jim is trying to slant this toward Astrom.......Astrom wasn't selling these shares nor releasing these Pr's.

I believe Jim has 100% of the magazine, and I believe he settled this up with Dan months ago.......what in the heck would Dan want with it?. Why would he invest his money for the cost of its publishing when Jim would be the one writing it all he would have is Jim to count on ?
